Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CCX account and associated data at any time. Two options:

Option 1 — In the mobile app

1. Open the CCX app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and content are removed immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Send a message from the email address linked to your account to nath@ccxitmt.com with the subject "Account deletion request". We process requests within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication record (email, password hash, OAuth links).
• Your profile (name, photo, company affiliation).
• Your projects, inquiries, messages, and uploaded files.
• Your push notification tokens.

What may be retained

• Backups for up to 30 days, after which they roll off automatically.
• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. tax, anti-fraud), retained only for the legally required period.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
